We are looking for teachers in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) who would like to contribute to the next round of curriculum development in the arts.
Curriculum review and development at the IB is a highly-collaborative experience; IB staff and members of the IB teaching community work together to review and refine aspects of the curriculum.
The initial stage of this review kicks off with an online discussion group in September 2017.
As this is the first review cycle following implementation of MYP: Next chapter, the MYP subject groups will undergo limited revision. The review’s focus will be on refinement of the existing guide, plus resolution of specific issues around implementation and IB-validated assessment.

Arts teachers are invited to participate. It will involve collaborating within an online community during at specific times. Interested? Please submit your curriculum vitae (CV) and a short expression of interest that identifies and justifies an aspect of MYP arts that you think could be refined. Applications should be submitted by 15 September to myp.curriculum@ibo.org.
