Oregon State awards credits to IB students who score 5 or above on standard and higher level IB exams. For scores of 5, 6 and 7 on higher level exams, OSU can award up to one year of credit in that subject.
Additionally, any students who complete the full IB diploma with a score of 30 or higher are eligible for sophomore standing and a renewable scholarship of $3000. To be eligible, students must indicate that they would like official test scores sent to OSU. The official International Baccalaureate Certificate is required in order to award credit. Contact your IB Coordinator to request score reports or visit the IB website for information on ordering IB transcripts.
